Load Existing Project / Run
Use the project/run selector as the primary loading method. Manual run ID loading is available as a backup.
Primary: Load by Project and Run
Load saved projects, choose a project, then choose one of its EP9 runs.
Click Load Projects to refresh the project list.
Select a project, then load runs for that project.
Backup: Load by Manual Run ID
Use this only when you already know the EP9 run ID.
Manual backup if you already know the run ID. Loading a run manually automatically switches to the project that owns that run.
1. Create Project
Create a top-level validation or method comparison project.
2. Create EP9 Run
Create a saved EP9 run under the current project.
After changing bias/r/lambda criteria, click Save Criteria & Analyze EP9 Run. AI-assisted summary and PDF generation also save the current criteria automatically.
Create a project first, then create the run.
3. Import Mapped File into Saved Run
Import a mapped CSV or XLSX file into the current saved EP9 run. A successful import saves the imported rows immediately and displays them in the table below.
Use a mapped file with columns such as sample_id, comparative_result, and candidate_result.
For demo/practice data: select an EP9 scenario, download the CSV, then upload it above as the mapped file.
Use csv or xlsx. The value is auto-detected when possible.
If checked, the file is validated first. Then the existing saved rows for this run are deleted and replaced by the imported rows.
4. Add Data Point
Add paired Method A and Method B result rows to the current saved run.
Create an EP9 run first, then add data points.
5. Saved Data Points
Rows loaded or imported into this table are already saved. Edit values directly, include/exclude rows, then save each edited row or use Save All Rows to save table edits.
No run loaded
No EP9 run loaded.
No data points loaded yet.
6. Analyze and Report
Analyze the currently loaded saved run using included data points only, then generate a PDF report.
No EP9 run loaded for analysis/reporting.
